CBP Connect is a case management, program administration, referral tracking, community support, and participant information system operated by The CARDBoard Project ("The CARDBoard Project," "we," "us," or "our").
CBP Connect is used by authorized staff, administrators, volunteers, contractors, and approved partners to administer programs, coordinate services, manage participant records, track outcomes, and support The CARDBoard Project's nonprofit mission.
By submitting information through CBP Connect, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Notice and consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of information as described herein.
The CARDBoard Project serves individuals and families of all ages through its programs and services.
When required by law, funding requirements, program policies, or organizational procedures, a parent, guardian, caregiver, or other legally authorized representative may be required to review, approve, authorize, or sign documents on behalf of a participant.

This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute relating to CBP Connect, information submitted through CBP Connect, or participation in programs administered through CBP Connect shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
